2. Appointments
2.1 All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
2.2 Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment.
2.3 Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, or the appointment may be rescheduled based on availability.
Please attend your appointment alone, as we kindly request that family members, children, or friends do not accompany you to the clinic.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

5.1 Payment is due at the time of service.
5.2 Any outstanding payments must be settled before future appointments can be scheduled.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 All services are non-refundable.
6.2 If a client is unsatisfied with a service, we encourage them to discuss their concerns with the clinic staff within 24 hours.
7. Gift Vouchers and Packages
7.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within a specified time.
7.2 Packages and promotions are subject to availability and specific terms. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Personal Belongings
8.1 Derma Clinic is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
8.2 Clients are encouraged to keep valuable items secure.
9. Client Conduct
9.1 We expect clients to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.
9.2 Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service or being asked to leave the premises.
